What type of payment do you accept? How long does it take to setup an account after I order? Do I get root access to the server? What type of payment do you accept? We accept all major credt cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal. For offline payments contact us.

How long does it take to setup an account after I order? If you order during normal business hours ( 9am - 6pm IST Monday - Friday ), it can be setup within the same day. If you order after business hours, it will be setup the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.

Do I get root access to the server? You do not get root access to the server. You will need your own dedicated server in order to get root access.

I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my accounts? We can provide transfer assistance for up to 6 accounts free if you are hosted on a cPanel server. Send an email to admin@dndhosting.com with the domain name, cpanel username and password for each account you want transferred.

Where are your servers located? Our USA servers are located in the Net Access (NAC) datacenter in New Jersey and the AtlantaNAP datacenter in Atlanta. Our UK servers are located in the Bluesquare datacenter in England.

Do you allow adult websites on your servers? We do not allow adult content on our servers.

Do you use a third party monitoring service to provide uptime reports? We use WebSitePulse(www.websitepulse.com) to provide our clients with unbiased uptime reports from an outside third party. Uptime reports are provided to active clients.

Are there any types of advertising placed on my account? We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup's, etc. on your website.
